We also touch base with you to re-brief and ensure we capture all your desires and preferences. Once that foundation is set, the real fun begins! We explore various concept ideas and layouts, collaborating closely with you every step of the way. Together, we refine and adjust until everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
Phase 2 marks an exciting phase in our journey together. With your desired concept in hand, we transition into bringing it to life. This involves transforming the design into visual representations such as elevations, plans, sections, renders, and 3D models. We delve into exploring materials and finishes, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with our shared vision. This phase is where everything starts to take shape and become tangible.
Phase 3 involves navigating the town planning process, where seeking approval is crucial. For projects requiring this step, we typically initiate by scheduling a pre-planning application meeting with the local council. Here, we discuss the project in light of the local planning scheme, seeking feedback and insights from the council. This stage also includes evaluating whether council support aligns with our project presentation. If needed, we may collaborate with a planning consultant to navigate this phase effectively.
Phase 4 is where the entire project converges into a cohesive plan ready for execution. Here, we meticulously document every aspect to prepare for pricing and construction by builders. This phase involves a collaborative effort with structural engineers, energy raters, and interior designers.
